How I can motivate X type of people & Y type of people : 

X Type

1. I have to take care them to do their job perfectly.
2. If they don’t, they can do better in their jobs.

3. I have to push them to do their job well.

4. If they only work for money, I have to tell them to work with passion.

Y Type

1. These types of people want freedom in the workplace so they need to be given freedom in their work.

2. I can give them responsibility in the job and they will do it with passion.

3. Such people want to work impartially so I can give them responsibility for their work.
   

4. They are motivated by complacency. So it is very easy to push them for work.
