The World Health Organisation has announced it pandemic as it has broken out all countries around the world hampering public health. It caused not only public health insecurity but also economic recession. Basically Covid-19 pandemic has put the life of people at risk. That is why, public health has become a great concern for every state. The World Health Organisation  has given some safety measures in a bid to curb Covid-19 infections. So before discussing about that we need to know more about Covid-19.

It is a contagious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 with symptoms fever, cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, vomiting, loss of taste or smell etc. It causes some of complications that include pneumonia, viral sepsis, acute respiratory distress syndrome etc. Symptoms may begin one to fourteen days after exposure to the virus. Ans: Obviously, Health Education is a very powerful weapon to tackle the infectious disease like covid-19. We, the people from all classes, know well that Covid-19 has hampered the health sectors. That's why, from the very first phase of Covid-19 breaking out, the government of Bangladesh is in very careful stage and making the people aware of the disease and its safety measures so that they can not get infected with the virus. Taking the Health Educations into consideration the government of Bangladesh has been conducting health campaign across the country.

The government is providing health educations or information to the people through public media, banners, leaflets and making social movements against the infectious disease. WHO is also urging the people all over the world to abide by health guidelines. So, we can say that Health Education is very much effective weapon to tackle the infectious disease in this regard.
