1. What do you understand by the term 'Communication' in your personal life?

Answer: Communication is simply the act of transferring information from one place, person, or group to another. It is the act of giving, receiving, and sharing information - in other words, talking or writing, and listening or reading. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential in order to deliver and understand information quickly and accurately. Being able to communicate effectively is a vital life skill and should not be overlooked.

2. Do think that Communication can change the face of public health system? 

Answer: Yes, I think communication can change the face of public health system. Public health experts have recognized health communication as vital to public health programs that address disease prevention, health promotion, and quality of life. It can make important contributions to promote and improve the health of individuals, communities, and society. I think, effective communication of healthcare information can empower patients and their family members to participate as full partners in their care, and is demonstrated to improve adherence to treatment and self-management.
