1.  How I overcome the situation is given below 

  • Determining the best time and location for communication with the individual.
  • Being succinct and speaking in an understandable language.
  • Asynchronous communication is the process of conveying just one item at a time.
  • Recognizing and honoring an individual's wish to remain silent.
  • Certain that the other has properly understood you.

2.  Barriers to Communication- A " communication barrier" or "a barrier to communication" is anything that interferes with the transfer of intended information from a sender to a receiver.

There are 3 common Barriers

Physical- Example:  

  • Deafness or hearing loss
  • Blindness or impaired vision
  • Aphasia or speech disabilities  

Psychological- Example:

  • Attitudes
  • Personality

Cultural- Example: Some cultures believe health is a reward from God, and illness is punishment from God.
