The Uruguay Round;
TRIPS Agreement (Background, Salient Features of TRIPS,
Contemporary Issues under TRIPS);
Understanding Intellectual Property Rights,
Definition and nature of intellectual property rights,
Kinds of intellectual property rights,
Evolution of intellectual property rights, Globalization and intellectual property rights.
