Course Objective
This course aims to assist students to develop and understand some theoretical and experimental knowledge of startup, developing new business and leadership.
The main goal of the programs is to develop participants' professional mobility and opportunities, and in particular to master and leverage digital advances. In a fast-paced environment, understand how these skills can identify, analyze and utilize opportunities to assure their success and progress. Also take full advantage of digital transformation, manage stakeholders and develop communication skills, surf diversified and emerging market growth and know how to sustain and survive in the market.
Understand the basics of business law, business formation, lead in a responsible way with a humanitarian approach, reconcile business and social responsibility, find creative problem-solving way, effectively discuss, communicate effectively, Learn fundamental financial knowledge, budget and money management.
Course Outcome
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to learn; The real meaning of Entrepreneurs, the importance of the entrepreneur, the qualities and profile of a successful entrepreneur, the effectiveness and importance of an entrepreneur in the society and the state. Understand the differences between entrepreneurs, startups, traders and promoters, how to identify entrepreneurs issues and problems.
To recognize the nature of the business and its impact on the internal relationship between business and leadership and demonstrate the role of communication, skills and knowledge.
Identify the role, responsibility and nature successful entrepreneurs, The innovation, commercial application, understanding the effectiveness of the entrepreneurial activities. Being able to develop business ideas and build them as self-driven individuals.
Identify personal attributes that enable best use of entrepreneurial opportunities explore entrepreneurial leadership and management style.
