Introduction
Communication is an essential element in the success of any business. The process of transferring information from one person to another, within and outside the business environment, is termed as ‘Business Communication.’ The term ‘Business Communication’ is derived from general communication which is associated with business activities. In other terms, communication between business parties or people for business-related tasks is considered as ‘Business Communication.’

- To provide an overview of Prerequisites to Business Communication.
- To put in use the basic mechanics of Grammar.
- To provide an outline to effective Organizational Communication.
- To underline the nuances of Business communication.
- To impart the correct practices of the strategies of Effective Business writing.

LECTURE 1: Business Analyst's Roles
Objectives of this lecture:
- Documenting and translating customer business functions and processes.
- Warranting the system design is perfect as per the needs of the customer.
- Participating in functionality testing and user acceptance testing of the new system
- Helping technically in training and coaching professional and technical staff.

- Business communication is used to promote a product, service, or organization; to relay information within the business; or to deal with legal and similar issues.
- Failures of human communication can become amplified in professional settings. In business transactions, especially those involving large amounts of money, a small miscommunication can have devastating effects.
- Customer relationship management (CRM) is a widely implemented model for managing a company’s interactions with customers, clients, and sales prospects. It is needed because there are often multiple business associates that come into contact with a client.
- Barriers to clarity in communication include: complex messages, the withholding of information, ineffective communication throughout the chain of command, and lack of trust due to competition.
