Experiment no.1: How to handle the instruments in the microbiology lab.
Experiment no. 2: Different microbial culture media.
Experiment no. 3: Catalase, Oxidase and other common tests.
Objective of this experiment:
1. Student will able learn what type of instrument and machinery used in the food microbiology laboratory
2. Student will learn the how to handle these instrument
3. Student will able to know about different culture media
Outcomes of this experiment:
1. Student will conduct any experiment for verify shelf life of any product
2. Student will check any product quality

Experiment no. 4: Quantification of microbes using different selective media.
Experiment no. 5: Study on serial dilution in the microbiology laboratory.
Experiment no. 6: Study on microbial colony morphology.
Objectives of this experiment:
1. Student will able to know about different culture used in food microbiology laboratory
2. Student will able to know composition different culture media
3. Student will able to know different dilution used in the microbiology lab
