Health education is defined as making individuals aware of information and skills to improve their health. It allows people to make the right decisions about lifestyle, diet, sanitation, exercise, and medical care.

Examples:

1. School student programs teaching students about hand washing, healthy diets, and physical activity.

2. Parent workshops at the community level to inform parents about children's nutrition and immunization.

3. Posters or videos at clinics explaining disease prevention measures like dengue, HIV/AIDS, or diabetes.

4. Learning campaigns for social media for increased awareness on mental health or quitting smoking.

The aim is to prevent disease and promote healthier lifestyles through learning.
