Free speech:  Free speech is like freedom speech. That means there is no fear of anything. There is no fear of telling or discussing or giving any speech. We can freely give speech.

Hate speech:  Hate speech is like a speech which creates problem or create argument. People don't like the talk or discussion or speech. It makes quarrel between Peoples, Countries or etc.

Offensive speech:  Offensive speech is not almost like hate speech but it creates controversy between them. People cannot accept it fully. It creates so many points.
