1) There is no bindings. 

2)There is no limited fees  of a lawyer. 

3) Sometimes the result of the ADR can be unsuccessful. 

4)There is lack of awareness. 

5)There is no guarenteed resolution in mediation. 

6) There is lack of precise rules. 

7) There is no appeal in merit. 

8)The is lack of institutional support. 

9) There is unequal bargaining power.
