Problems of ADR: 

1) There is no guaranteed resolution in mediation.

2) There are no binding effect of decision without award. 

3) Need to establish a legal precedent. 

4) Party cannot be compelled to participate, except when ordered by Court. So maximum time parties don’t appear in ADR.  

5) There are no determination of fees of lawyer . 

6) There can not be found any success of ADR. 

7) Lack of Awareness. 

8) There are no identification who sacrifice how much. That's why no parties want to compromise. 

I think that if such problem will be solve, the ADR process will be successful.
