1. Define Health in your language

Answer: Health is more than just the absence of disease or weakness; it is a state of total physical, mental, and social well-being.

Well-being is a keyword in the WHO definition of health: “a state of complete physical, mental and social well- being and not merely the absence of disease or. infirmity”

2.  How do you feel when you tell someone that you are a student of Public Health?

Answer: I feel very proud studying in Public Health as Health is a very important aspect of human life. Knowing about health helps a lot to me and my surroundings in taking care of them. Being healthy is a prerequisite for leading a quality life so gathering knowledge about health is a must to live in that way. Most importantly I can take precautions regarding various disease and infection and can help spread the knowledge among people as well and can make a healthy and happy nation especially in the time of Pandemic Situation of COVID-19.

Answer: I feel very proud studying in Public Health as Health is a very important aspect of human life.
We are encountering new challenges in public health – for example, the obesity crisis – that means the focus of public health bodies is shifting away from traditional communicable diseases. With new challenges come more opportunities to improve population-level health like covid-19.
