Definition of Health in my language is state of physical well-being and absence of physical injury or mental instability. 

How I feel when I told someone that I'm studying public health. 

I actually felt proud whenever I told someone about my journey of studying public health as a course. It was a long time dream and so studying it now under a conducive environment give me joy. I want to contribute my quoata to the prevention of disease and promoting life.
