Normally health is a wellbeing state.it a state of physical, mental and social well being. Health can be promotes by encouraging healthful activities like physical exercise and avoiding unhealthy lifestyles and food intake, doing regular activities. On my opinion some factors are affecting our health due to our personal choices of selection like taking unhealthy foods,stressedout so much,not doing mental therapy by our self. And the perception of being in a well state of a health or being well is differs from one to another.
