How I can motivate X type of people & Y type of people: 

X Type: 

• This type of people need close supervision. I have to supervise them for doing their jobs perfectly.
• They will avoid work when possible. If they don’t do this they can do well in their jobs. 
• I have to pushed them to perform their jobs well.
• If they work only for money I have to tell them to work passionately. 

Y Type: 

• This type of people want independence in workplace so it’s necessary to give them independence in work.
• I can give them responsibility in job & they will do it passionately.
• This type of people neutrally want to work so I can give them responsibility in work.
• They are motivated by self-fulfilment. So it’s very easy to push them for work.
