The standards of conduct by which one’s actions are judged as right or

wrong, honest or dishonest, fair or not fair, are ethics. It is more of a moral outcome of one’s behavior in one’s professional or personal life and none but one can teach oneself about ethics.

So, the only way for us to behave in an ethical way is to understand what the standard of rightness, honesty, and fairness is and work according to the standard no matter what.
