Literal meaning of land is immovable.

Land means land which is cultivated uncultivated or covered with water at any time of the year and include benefits to arise of land house of building and also things attached to the earth or parmanantly gested to anything attached to the earth.


Land law is the form of law that deals with the rights to use, alinate, or exclude others from land.

Land law means law relating to land.Its substantive and procedural.Because land law deals with creation of land rights and offers ways how such  rights and directions of their uses.
