Reasonable man:-
A reasonable man is a person who exhibits reasonable conducts which is the behavior of an ordinarily prudent man in a given set of circumstances.
There are three types of Tort.

2. Negligence Tort
3. Strict liability Tort (Bhopal gas tragedy)
