By using ADR, parties can solve their problems without any legal trial. 

Some process also included there like negotiations, mediation, arbitration etc. 

Negotiation mainly carried out the way to solve the dispute without any legal representatives. 

But on the other hand, mediation and arbitration carried it out by the legal representatives. 

There is a difference between mediation and arbitration. In mediation the third party who is mediator can not give the solution but the arbitrator can.
