Offer and Acceptence

Offer and acceptance are essential elements in contract law. An offer is a clear and specific proposal made by one party to another, indicating their willingness to enter into a contract under certain terms. Acceptance occurs when the second party agrees to the terms of the offer without any modifications. Once acceptance is communicated, a legally binding contract is formed, provided that other necessary elements like consideration and legal capacity are also present.
