This course prepares for the law student to introduce in theory, specific provisions, and its application of Law of Crimes. The course basically covers the Bangladeshi criminal law of substantive with necessary comparative analysis in context to its successive countries. My heartiest effort will remain for enhancing knowledge and skills on its practical application and to bring it easy to understand the reflection of penal provision in society.
