This course will mainly cover the topics: Real Estate Fundamentals, Introduction to Business of Real Estate, an Overview of a Real Estate Transactions, Nature and Description of Real Estate, Land, Water Rights, Land Descriptions, Rights and Interests in Land, Forms of Ownership, Transferring Title, Recordation and Abstracts, Real Estate Sales Contracts, Mortgage and Note, Deed of Trust, Title Closing, Real Estate Leases, Introduction to Real Estate Appraisal, Licensing Laws and Professional Affiliation, Condominiums, Cooperatives, Planned Unit Development, and Resort Timesharing, Property Insurance, Land-Use Control, Real Estate and the Economy, Investing in Real Estate.
