Demography is the study of the size, composition, and geographic distribution of human populations, and how the population changes due to fertility, mortality, and migration. Demographic methods, which consist of the procedures and techniques for working with demographic data.
Food safety is used as a scientific method/discipline describing handling, preparation, and storage of food in ways that prevent food-borne illness. The occurrence of two or more cases of a similar illnesses resulting from the ingestion of a common food is known as a food-borne disease outbreak.
Biostatistics is the science which deals with development and application of the most appropriate methods for the: ➢ Collection of data. ➢ Presentation of the collected data. ➢ Analysis and interpretation of the results. ➢ Making decisions on the basis of such analysis.
