What do u mean by patent pending?

It is a term is used by the manufacturer or seller of an invention to inform consumers and others that a patent application has been filed with the USPTO. Although you don't have a patent yet, being able to say “patent pending” conveys to others that you have taken steps to protect your idea, and warns them that if they try to copy your idea, they may face legal consequences.

What is patent?

For an invention, if there have sn exclusive right granted which is provided by a product or process. 

What is the most common patent?

Utility patents, also known as “patents for invention,” are the most common patents. They are issued in connection with new and useful processes, machines, manufactures, compositions of matter, or improvements.

Who grants patents?

A patent is granted by a national patent office. For Bangladesh it is DPDT.
