Objectives: The objective of the chemistry course is to acquaint the students with the
basic phenomenon/concepts of chemistry, the student faces during course of their study in the
textile industry and engineering field. The student with the knowledge of the basic chemistry
will understand and explain scientifically the various chemistry related problems in the textile
industry/engineering field.
