The course is designed to give the students an exposure to the experiences of NGOs in promoting the development and to help them acquire the professional competencies with proactive knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for social development and justice.  It will equip the student with a sound understanding of the issues facing NGOs and an opportunity to reflect on the impact and implications of the management and organizational challenges of the 21^st century.
