    Course Objectives

        • To teach the students about the Real Estate law of Bangladesh in detail
        • To teach the students about the function of the state

    Course Outcomes

    At the end of the course, the students will be able to:

        • Learn about the basics of the Estate law of Bangladesh
        • Learn how to implement Citizen rights through judicial Pocedure 
        • Learn how to file a Legal petition

    Course Contents

        • Course overview, objectives and learning outcomes. 

          An overview of the legal environment of a Business Organization and Real Estate Industries. 

          Common legal terminologies used in Real Estate Business. 

          The Basic Principles of Laws and Regulation related to Real Estate, Ownership Rights, Negotiations, Transfers, Property Conveyance, and Mortgages.

          Title Assurance, Landlord- Tenant Relationships, Financing, Income Tax Law, and Real Estate Property Taxation. Construction and Development Contracts, and Residential and Commercial Lease including both Corporate and Retail 
        • Land related documents: Deed, Power, Khotian, CS and RS Porcha
        • Real Estate Development and Management Act 2010. Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC)1993;
