Assignment Guidelines

Assignment Topic: Choose a person whom you consider as a leader and explain why that person fits into the leadership definition.

Assignment content

·        Introduction (Profile of Leader)

·        Leadership Quality/Trait/Characteristics of a person whom you consider as a leader

·        Types or style of leadership that matched with his/her personality

Presentation Guidelines

·        Each participant will get 1 minute 30 seconds for presentation.

·        There is no limit to the number of slides.

·        When you are presenting your slide, please make sure your camera should be switched on.

·        You should wear a proper dress with proper hairdo while presenting

·        Be careful about your body language, posture, background, headphone, and lighting everything should be on point.

Slide Contents:

·        The first slide will contain the topic name and participant’s name & ID.

·        Very briefly discuss Leadership

·        Leadership Quality/Trait/Characteristics of a person whom you consider as a leader

·        Types or style of leadership that matched with his/her personality
