The Phrase "Big brother is watching you" refers to the government surveillance to the people using digital device. Everyday our data is going outside. Every people are being monitored by the Supreme authority. They have been spying people's activities. Ex. Someone is going outside of some for his work. He may have been captured with surveillance camera and by this authority can know about him. They capture his face and activities. Its like spying on someone. This is known as Big brother is watching me.
