This is a way of saying, connectivity of internet is not something personal. There are always some interested companies or persons to have our user data and activites.

It would be foolish to use the internet as public space thinking no one will notice. Actually even if we out something in the internet for fraction of a second, it is guaranteed that in some place the data has been stored and someone out there has already seem this.

That is why we say Big brother is watching to mean someone is watching us already.
