Free speech is called  freedom of speech. It means what my mind wants  to express or say. But the expression should be based on three factors: Knowledge, experience and action.

Hate Speech is such that speech by which a war can happen in a nation, community and Country. It is like a crime.

offensive Speech is another speech which can create an argument , debate in some people.
