it is referred to as cyber crime, e-crime, computer crime or high-tech crime. Computer crime is an act committed by a skilled computer user, often referred to as a hacker who secretly browses or steals private information from a business or an individual. In certain instances, this person or group of individuals may be malicious and may destroy or otherwise corrupt machine or data files.

Computer failure is usually performed by workers working as data processors. These individuals may act on their own, or they may get support from co-conspirators. Much the same thing, it is very likely for an employee to face misappropriation charges improperly. Perhaps the misappropriation happened, but the suspected employee was not involved.
