Difference Between Free ,Hate & offensive Speech is given below:

Free Speech:  Free speech means freedom of speech. when someone express his/her own opinion this is called free speech. Every people has the  right to freedom of opinion and expression. Free speech depends on three things these are

1.knowledge: knowledge means what is our knowledge about  that topic.

2.Experience :How much experience did i have about this topic  .

3.judgement : what will be the final result of this things that i said.

Hate speech:  Hate speech means any  kind of communication in speech, writing or behavior, that attacks  to a person or a group on the basis of who they are, And this topic  is based on their nationality race, religion, ethnicity,  color, descent, gender or other identity factor. Hate speech create war.

Offensive speech:  offensive speech means that speech which create debate or  argument in any topic is called offensive speech. Here different people express their different opinion and debate with each other.
