Computer Crime:

- The illegal actions such as committing fraud, trafficking in child pornography and intellectual property, stealing identities or violating privacy which is performed by the use of the computer. It's also called as Cybercrime.

Embezzlement:

- Embezzlement is a kind of financial fraud. Basically, it's referred to a form of white-collar crime in which a person or entity misappropriates the asset entrusted to that person. Embezzlement is this type of fraud where the embezzler attains the assets lawfully and has the right to possess them, but the assets are then used for unintended purposes.
