Difference between Three Speech or Free, Hate and Offensive speech are given here:
1.Free speech means Freedom of speech to express anyone's opinions publicly without any fear or boundary but have to consider 3 things when you make your speech those are *knowledge *experience & *judgement. The law of Bangladesh
2.Hate Speech are those speech which hampers the peace of a Nation and maybe lead to war between two countries etc.
3.Offensive Speech is the last one of speech which not start with war but creates trouble, arguments and criticism between two groups or nations or religions and at one stage this trouble, arguments, criticism lead to war.
