1. Organizational conflict: Organizational conflict, or otherwise known as conflict in the workplace, is characterized as the state of dispute or confusion arising from the real or perceived disagreement between the organization's members about needs, values, resources and relationships.

Misunderstanding of information,  communication disruption, employee expectation are the causes of organization conflict.

2. Personal conflict: This conflict arises when two opposing points of view come into contact with each other, and neither party is either aware, or able, to back down.

Many of these points of view were generated without the conscious knowledge of the participant, parents, siblings, peers and/or environmental conditions programmed them into the subconscious.

Basically organization conflict is regarding organization misconception, communication gap and persona; cpnfict is about completely different purpose of view.
