Art of living course is totally new type course for me.At first when I hear  about art of living course name I was so much astonished.When I heard about this course name I thought this subject is so much interesting.In the first class the course teacher Muhammad Sajidul Islam sir come in the online class from the google meet link I & few students are present.Sir called all of students to on the camera and tell them to express about them but first time anyone of the class open the camera.after few minutes on of the student open the camera and then one by one turn on their camera.I was searching the meaning of Art Of living and I found something .

In the expression 'art of living' the word 'art' refers to skill and 'living' to a manner of life.Art-of-living is then the capability to live up to such principles. In the hedonistic view life is better the more we enjoy it. Art-of-living is then the capability to take pleasure from life.
