Nature of conflict-
Conflict is a mechanism of polarization and receding potential, by its very nature. They switch characteristically to opposite sides of a dilemma when two persons or groups are in disagreement. By overstating their argument, they reinforce their position, creating more space between themselves. They grow more resolute as the conflict escalates. To protect their position and kill their opponent's position. Conflicting is a simplification process. We disregard the other side's arguments, justifications, opinions and concerns. We ignore the texture and importance of their statements, and we are oblivious to our own shortcomings. They're wrong, and we're right.
