Alternative means other settlement procedure become outside of the Court.Dispute means -when a party claim something and other party deny this and does counter claim then there arise dispute.Resolution means- finding settlement.ADR means an alternative settlement procedure outside of the court. It is a method that encompasses numerous methods and techniques aimed to resolve disputes.

The types of ADR 

1) Negotiation there have no third party .only parties who have dispute settle this dispute. 

2) Mediation- there have a third party who settle the dispute as mediator.

3) Arbitration- it is one of the method ADR. There third party called arbitrator and his award is final, no appeal applicable against this award.
