The different between  organisational culture and the practice  often called is defined as the  values, behaviour,  attitudes,  practices and rules and regulations  that characterize an organization. Its indicate the personality  of  company and it plays a  great role for the employees. Some company guide their employees a flexible environment thus they can work independently but they concern about the outcome of the work very strongly.Every strong company try to  attract the right candidates for the job and keep them engaged as employees. Nowadays adults employees give priority about environment of the   company’s culture before applying to an open position. On the other hand some organisations give more priority than their environment.
