Conflict regulations behavior are given below:

  • Avoidance  is a type of people-pleasing behavior that typically arises from a deep rooted fear of upsetting others. 
  • Competition describes a conflict over the control of resources or advantages desired by others where physical violence is not employed. 
  • Accommodation involves giving in to the other's wishes or smoothing the choppy waves of a conflict.
  • Compromise A person who typically uses a compromising conflict style attempts to balance the needs of both or all sides in a conflict by encouraging everyone to give in on at least some points.
  • Collaboration Two or more parties, in which each wants something different, always generate conflict.
