1. Organizational conflict: Organizational conflict, or otherwise known as the conflict in the workplace is characterized as the state of dispute or confusion arising from the real or perceived disagreement between the organization's members about needs, values, resources, and relationships. Misunderstanding of information,  communication disruption, employee expectation are the causes of organizational conflict.

2. Personal conflict: This conflict arises when two opposing points of view come into contact with each other, and neither party is either aware, or able, to back down.

 So basically,  personal and organizational conflicts affected the organization.
