Experiment :4

we had that helped us to learn about tools and chemicals used in garments washing , we list out several tools and machines , chemicals that are being used currently and also try to understand their functions.

It was delightful to know about the recent development of certain machineries and tools automatic chemical dosing during washing and super fast washing machine which has better efficiency and also pressing got something new as finishing is prior after washing.

Our course teacher was helpful throughout the session and we alhumdulillah tried to understand what he delivered.

Experiment:5

From this experiment we managed to learn about hydroextractor and different parts of it , we also tried to find out the functions of a hydroextractor and also the process of hydro extraction . 

This was helpful and enjoyable to learn about this and development which has come in recent time. This machine might show better performance and speed may vary which is higher than the conventional one. 

Experiment :6

In this experiment we managed to learn about dryer machine used to take out moisture from garments after been treated in hydroextractor. We saw the machine and also take notes about different parts of it . Functions of different parts of this machine were observed by us. Course teacher helped us a lot during the session.

It was helpful knowing different things that are new on this regard , improved machines are being installed now in recent times have greater efficiency and productive as well. Machine performance are getting better to have sound operation.

Experiment:7

In this experiment we managed to learn about Boiler used to produce steam as a form of thermal energy which is the power source for washing and an essential one to have in industrial operation. We came to different parts of it and function of a boiler . How it works and steam generation causes the whole process to speed up when garments are taken to wash or for dyeing.

It was helpful knowing different things that are new on this regard , improved machines are being installed now in recent times have greater efficiency and productive as well. Machine performance are getting better to have sound operation.
