Dear Sir,
Assalamualaikum,
Last day, our class lesson was Business Decision which was very interesting and new topic to me.

From this session, I have understood the basic things about Business Decision like -

  • what is the processes of requirements elicitation and analysis?
  • Introduction the number of requirements elicitation and requirements analysis techniques.
  • How prototypes may be used in the Requirement Elicitation process.
What is Decision Matrix?

Structural Decomposition:
Structural decomposition techniques are widely used to break down the growth in some variable into the changes in its determinants.

Behavioral Decomposition:
Breaking down a functions into sub-functions, processes, activities (actions) and tasks. Behaviors and functions typically answer the questions of "how" and "when" of a solution.

This is the difference between Structural and Behavioral Decomposition.
