Rational Decision-Making Process is a process to choose decision from alternatives. In rational decision-making process follow six steps which are giving below-

1. Recognizing and defining the decision situation: To determine situation where decision is taken         .

2. Identifying alternatives: Determine  ways or strategies by  which organizational can achieve goals.

3. Evaluating alternatives: Each alternatives to determine the perfection level of organization.

4. Selecting the best alternative: Select the best alternatives among determined alternatives.

5. Implementing the chosen alternative: Implementation in workplace.

6.Following up and evaluating the results: Finally evaluate the  result and compare with the standard and take steps to correction if needed.
