"y" theory


X theory generally indicates motivate through frightening which consist of negative actions/punishment, strict behaviour,hars monitoring and supervision and autocratic atmosphere to get the job done by the human resources if needed.basically applying pressure or presurizing others to do work or leave


On the other hand,


Y theory  is the opposite one refers to positive motivation which includes promotion,bonus, applause,incentives,tours,recreation encouragment and opportunities to given to increase one's self development and self actualization etc
