it is the art and sciences focusing on preventing disease, prolonging life and promoting health .

 2:Identify the risk factor and protective factor

 3: Develop and test prevetive strategies at community level

 4- implement the interventions to improve the health of the people or population

5- monitoring those intervention to assessing their effectivity for implementation.
