My understanding from this lecture : This lecture contain contain of  gender and development  and gender and development issue , there are disuses about gender empowerment women and disadvantaged men must be organized to make a difference in the structures of power that confine them to secondary status. Some international conference there represent the gender and development issues. there are some major theories of gender and development and some research about it
