I have learnt from this lecture in the context of Bangladesh women and economy are which level and how they treated by the society. 

Gender has been conceptualized in various aways in the main stream Governance literature and critical feminist work. 

Women are underrepresented not only in the political sphere but also in decision making within the private sector, at the village level and in civil society.
